As commented previously, your script promises much slapstick delight - the action is not yet quite clear in this written form, but comedy is often easier to 'show' rather than describe, so your storyboarding is going to be key in finessing the timing etc. You might want to look at the animations featured below, as both feature some highly kinetic 'action' scenes for exaggerated comic effect. Take a look and study the way they handle the escalation from minor conflict to major disagreements!
In terms of your character designs, there's lots of potential for the physical humour between mis-matched body shapes, so I'd expect to see you really refining your characters to ensure they are 'readable' and 'simplified' in terms of style ; for the conventions of presenting your designs, see

Yep! Thanks for the advice - similar thoughts are in my mind aswell (about the development of character design) etc. :)
