The bird could be called here lascivious, because he is sexually aroused, and therefore does this mating dance. From this point of view it has nothing to do with being vulgar or imoral, but rather the opposit - he is doing his best with the performance to impress the female (in order to mate). This could be the case of Lascivious Umbrella :D
Yes - Jackie's right - so I think the idea that your umbrella is 'eager to mate' etc - at least, eager to impress fits nicely - the umbrella has a clear intention!
