Still thinking aBOUT THE LIGHTNING. tHE VIOLET ONE AT SOME POINT STARTS TO LOOK TOO PINKISH AND GIRLY :D :D bUT THE GREE-BLUE ONES .. TOO PLAIN.. HMM

THE FLOORS. IN MY CONCEPT DRAWING THEY HAD THIS REFLECTIVITY,BUT I'M NOT SURE IF IT LOOKS BETER THEN THE LAMBERT VERSION OF THE FLOORS. I GUESS I'M STARTING TO BE A BIT PICKY :D

AND I THINK ALL THE TEXTURES (THE DIRT, THE OLDNESS.. ) ARE ALL TO SILENT, MAYBE SOMETHING HAS TO STAND OUT ABIT MORE. fOR EXAMPLE THE CEILINGS COULD BE MORE ROTTEN.

AND MAYBE I COULD HERE AN OPINION ABOUT THE TEXTURE OF THE STUF RIGHT IN FRONT? ISN;T IT TO HEAVY?

AND THERE ARE FEW OTHER THINGS TO INCLUDE I THINK

  1. I see that you've rotated your scene, now u can add a backdrop behind the windows yhhhh???? I agree wit u kinda, the first one (blueish one) comes across (personally) as more effective as it evokes that 'eerie' feeling despite looking 'plain', I think only cus it makes me feel cold though, I dunno wht I'm saying, but definitely I felt something when I clicked on the blue image. Regarding the textures at the front, I can't pick between them because while the detailed one seems a bit unrealistic, the less detailed one comes across as a bit, I dunno, plain????

  3. First image for sure. I dont think the pinky one goes with the wallpaper and overall feel of the room. It makes it feel more warm.

  4. Jolanta, to solve the texture of the cloth, you need to know what material you using ifs is a old bed sheet, i no bump but you can add a bit of dirtyness on them, either paint or, apply a surface shader, just like the blood vessel tutorial or sort of.

if you using a toilet towel, it has a bit of a bump just sligthly, to define those irregularities in it.

also dont worry much about ones being ' bumpless', the further away from the camera the less bump you see :)

  6. I personaly like the first image. If you think of what colours represent then the blue gives it more of a cold feel. Blue is used often to represent calmness but it also used for coldness to. Like Bharathi the blue lighting makes the room feel cold and creepy.

I also like Ruben's idea of adding a bit of painted dirt onto your fabric :).
