Visual Research

While I was sketching my primary ideas, I've never stopped looking "what's out there". I tried to gather visual information as much as I can. The improvements in drawing and visualizations afterwards were clear. Designs became more believable .

I really needed to research the Gothic style, and I also needed to find few details, necessary to the exterior of the house.


The above one is for "The Pit and the Pendulum" . I found some great examples of how the lightning might look, the things which could be in the dungeon, etc. Though it is only few examples. I'm not going to stick with it if there will be other ideas.
